CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction management is the most involved service we offer and is typically for the client that wants our involvement from the programming phase of a project all the way through to furnishings and completion. We work with the client to create an organized, comprehensive design plan for the project and work with the architect, builder, vendors, and installers throughout the project. We take on the role of middle-man between the clients and builder/suppliers to ensure that all designs are implemented correctly, efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. 

 
 
 
 

INTERIOR FINISH SELECTION

This service is for renovations and new construction clients that need help with what we call “construction finishes”. Clients will receive a specification notebook that will include every finish that is attached to the house based on their plans, needs, and budget. We will coordinate with builders, vendors and installers as needed to help the client implement the design and ensure proper installation of all finishes and fixtures. 

 
 
 
 

FURNISHING & SOFT GOODS SELECTION

Have a home you love and just need some comfortable things to fill it with? We’d love to help! All we need is a wish list, dimensions, and photos of the spaces to develop a plan for you based on your needs and budget. We can work with what you have or start from scratch.
